Ken Done has joined a group of Australia’s most recognized artists in a unique exhibition celebrating the Sydney Opera House at the Utzon Center in Aalborg, Denmark.

This beautiful building, designed in collaboration with his son Kim Utzon, was the last work of Jorn Utzon, celebrated Danish architect of the Opera House, who died in 2008 at the age of 90.

The exhibition has been curated by Jorn Utzon’s daughter, Lin Utzon, and other artists featured are Brett Whiteley, Lloyd Reese, John Olsen, Bruce Goold, Martin Sharp, Peter Kingston and Mika Utzon (grandson of Jorn Utzon). Ken Done will exhibit two original works as well as a selection of limited edition prints.

Australian Artists and the Sydney Opera House opened on September 7 and will continue until December 2, 2012.
